Male Sterility

Male Sterility

Male sterility refers to a condition when men suffer from sexual problems and are unable to have a successful physical relationship. It mainly occurs due to the dysfunction of the male reproductive system. This condition occurs when sperms are either dead, absent or insufficient or they are physically or chemically not able to reach the female reproductive system. As a result of this, no pregnancy occurs in the female. Many other factors are also responsible for the occurrence of this disorder. Sexual dysfunction and ejaculation problems can also trigger male sterility.

The cause of this disorder is rather complex. It can be categorized into two kinds – the organic or functional cause and the secondary or primary one. There are several factors that can lead to this condition. The sexual system fails to work when less sperms or dead sperms are there. This results in infertility

  1. Sexual dysfunction is the major symptom that is noticed in the men suffering from sterility. They suffer from erectile dysfunction.
  2. The person can also face problems in ejaculation.

Scientific Examination-

Hair loss, which is known as alopecia, is pretty common in men. By age 30, around half of all men start to notice hair loss and most have some balding by 60, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. Women can also experience hair loss, especially with age. Some hair loss is determined by heredity or caused by factors like diseases or radiation therapy; yoga isn’t likely to change these types of hair loss. However, practicing yoga might prevent or treat hair loss from certain causes.

Combating Stress

Stress can play a role in hair loss, and stress is one of the main causes of hair loss that yoga can impact. Many yoga classes include components that relieve stress, such as deep breathing, visualization and meditation. These calming activities can balance the nervous system to help your body relax. In addition, research presented at a 2003 annual Endocrine Society meeting found that yoga reduces levels of the stress hormone cortisol in the blood.

Boosting Blood Circulation

Increased circulation brings more blood to the hair follicles, which can help hair growth, according to the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Art of Living explains that forward bend poses, such as Downward-Facing Dog pose and Standing Forward Bend pose, improve circulation to your head. Inversions or partial inversions can also improve blood flow to the head.

Regulating Hormones

Yoga might help prevent or control hair loss by balancing hormone levels in the body, since hormonal problems or changes can cause hair loss. A “Yoga Journal” article notes that yoga can stimulate the endocrine glands, which are instrumental in hormone production. Particularly, inversion poses can provide this benefit because they bring you upside-down to help your body fluids flow in a different direction. Inversions include poses like Headstand and Shoulderstand. Beginners and intermediates can try lower-intensity inversions like Bridge pose, Supported Shoulderstand and Inverted pose.

Meditating for Autoimmune Conditions

Autoimmune conditions can sometimes cause hair loss. Meditative components of a yoga class seem to calm excessive immune responses that are characteristic of autoimmune conditions, explains Dr. Timothy McCall in his book “Yoga as Medicine.” A 1998 study published in the journal “Psychosomatic Medicine” found that mindfulness meditation clears up lesions faster in participants with psoriasis, an autoimmune condition.

Ayurvedic management:

There are some extremely effective Ayurvedic treatment hair loss medicines for the treatment of baldness. According to Ayurveda, hair loss happens because of pitta dosha. In order to avoid this condition, it is better not to eat oily foods.

  • Under Ayurvedic treatment hair loss, Ayurvedic researchers advise drinking one-third of a cup aloe vera juice daily.

Root of many diseases

Yogi Yogananda {Spirituality, Yoga Guru, Naturopathy and Prana Energy Specialist}
3000 years ago, Indian medical scientist Rishi Bagbhatt ji told in his book Ashtanga heart that the cause of many incurable diseases is due to excess amount of acid in the body. This is what the German doctor Otto Vonberg told that all diseases including cancer are caused by the increase in acid in the body. He was awarded the Novel Prize for Medicine in 1931.
Otto Heinrich Warburg, * Nobel Prize winner, 1931.
“No Disease including cancer, can exist in an Alkaline envioronment” Otto Heinrich Warburg – Noble Prize Winner 1931
There are two types of conditions in the body
1. Acidic {acidic} 2. Alkaline
Excess of acid in the body or to measure it of alkaline, Danish biochemist S.P.L. In 1909, SPL Sorenson created a scale known as the pH of H + ion concentrations of aqueous solutions. The pH of any solution is a number that indicates the acidity or alkalinity of that solution. The full form of PH is Potential of Hydrogen. The full form of pH in Hindi is the ability of hydrogen. It represents the ratio of hydronium ions (H3O) to hydroxide ions (OH).
In the PH scale, PH ranges from 1 to 14, 7 PH is considered neutral, ie neither acidic nor alkaline. If it goes from 7 to 1, then understand Acidic is increasing, and if it goes from 7 to 14, Alkalinity is increasing.

If we take the pH of various liquids found inside our body towards Alkaline. So we can remove the root cause of many diseases, and make them healthy forever.

By now everyone must have understood that the excess of acid in the body means to invite all diseases including cancer.

Why the acid level in the body increases

1- The lower level of oxygen in the atmosphere and the increase in carbon dioxide levels is a big reason. This increased carbon dioxide reduces the pH of the blood when inhaled. The work of the excretion of acid from the body is mainly of the lungs and kidneys, even if these two organs do not work properly, the acid levels in the body increase. Therefore, in the treatment of metabolic acidosis, both these organs should be taken special care.

2- Lack of vegetables, fruits and nuts in food and use of non-veg, sugar, alcohol, tea, coffee, refined oil and flour instead – all together increase the acid in the body.

Diseases caused by acid growth —

Metabolic acid causes many problems.
1. High Blood Pressure:

High in acid, alkaline metals such as potassium and magnesium levels decrease in blood, increasing blood pressure.

2 kidney stones:

Acidic environment creates stones in the kidney, because to reduce the increased acid, it has to extract calcium from bones and this calcium gets deposited in the kidney and forms stones or stones.

3 Osteoporosis:

Due to release of calcium from bones, they become weak and weaken and osteoporosis becomes.
Problems of teeth and gums:

Acid teeth also increase gums discomfort, due to which they start deteriorating quickly.
Activity disturbance of the brain: Increasing acid reduces the ability of RBCs to carry oxygen and due to less oxygen, the brain becomes weaker day by day in performing its functions.
5. Blockage:

Increasing acid causes blood clots to form, leading to blockages and increasing the risk of a fatal problem such as heart attack paralysis.
