हड्डियों से कट-कट की आवाज आना

अगर हड्डियों से कट-कट की आवाज आती है, यानि की चलते हैं, उठते हैं, बैठते हैं तो आपके घुटनों से, कोहनी से हड्डियों से आवाज आती है, तो क्या ये कोई बीमारी है या फिर ये सिर्फ एक वहम है, बहुत से लोगों को लगता है कि इस प्रकार की आवाज आने का मतलब है कि उनकी हड्डियाँ कमजोर हो चुकी हैं, तो आज हम आपको यही बताने वाले हैं कि आखिर सच क्या है।

यदि किसी बच्चे को या किशोर अवस्था में किसी की हड्डियों से आवाज आ रही है और उसे हड्डियों में कोई दर्द या परेशानी का अनुभव नही हो रहा है तो आप निश्चिन्त हो जायें, यह कोई समस्या नही है, न तो उसकी हड्डियाँ कमजोर है न ही उसे कैल्शियम की की कमी है, इतना जरूर है कि उसकी हड्डियों में वायु अधिक है, इससे हड्डियों के जोड़ों में एयर बबल्स बनते हैं और टूटते हैं जिससे कट-कट की आवाज आती है।

अगर इसका इलाज नही किया जाये तो बड़े होने पर समस्या हो सकती है, इसके लिए रात में आधा चम्मच मेथी दाना पानी में भिगो दें, और सुबह इन दानों को चबा चबा के खा लें और पानी पी लें, इससे एयर बबल्स की समस्या खत्म हो जाएगी।

यही समस्या अगर बढती उम्र में हो और हड्डियों में दर्द भी हो, तो इसका कारण ये है कि हड्डियों के जोड़ों में लुब्रिकेंट की कमी हो चुकी है, इसके लिए भी मेथी दाना वाला उपाय तो करना ही है साथ ही कैल्शियम की कमी को भी पूरा करना है,

उपाय  —

1  हल्दी वाला दूध का सेवन जरूर कीजिये, इसके अलावा दिन में एक बार गुड़ और भुने हुए चने का सेवन करें, इससे हड्डियों की कमजोरी दूर होगी और कट-कट की आवाज आनी बंद हो जाएगी।
2 . दो सूखे  सिंघाडे रात में पानी में डाल दें और सुबह उन्हें खा जाएँ ऐसा ४० दिन  तक करने  से घुटनों की समस्या ठीक हो जाती है |
3 . घुटनों के गैप से छुटकारा पाने के लिए आप बबूल  के चूर्ण का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। बबूल  में भरपूर मात्रा में कैल्शियम पाया जाता है जो शारीरिक कमजोरी के साथ-साथ हड्डियों की कमजोरी को भी दूर करता है और घुटनों का गैप भरने में सहायता करता है। हर रोज एक गिलास दूध में एक चम्मच बबूल के चूर्ण का सेवन करें।
4 . हड्डियों को दर्द से मुक्ति दिलाने में अखरोट बहुत ही कारगर सिद्ध हुआ है। यहां हर प्रकार के हड्डियों के दर्द को लगभग पूरी तरह से ठीक कर देता है साथ ही इसका नित्य सेवन करने से हड्डियों का गैप भी भरता है और शरीर को शक्ति मिलती है।
5. सहजन के पत्ते आपके घुटनों के गैप भरने में बहुत ही उपयोगी है। दो गिलास पानी में 10 ग्राम सहजन के पत्ते को उबालें। जब पानी एक-चौथाई चौथाई बचे तो इसे छान लें और सुबह खाली पेट इसका सेवन करें।
6 . शरीर में धातुओं की कमी, अस्थि की कमजोरी, शारीरिक कमजोरी और विटामिन बी 12 की पूर्ति के लिए सफेद मूसली का प्रयोग करें। सफेद मुसली अकेले ही इन सभी कमियों की पूर्ति करता है और शरीर को स्वस्थ बनाता है।
7 . निर्गुणी के पत्ते का काढ़ा भी शरीर में कैल्शियम की कमी को दूर कर घुटनों का गैप भरने में बहुत ही लाभदायक है। 20 ग्राम निर्गुंडी के पत्ते को दो गिलास पानी में तब तक उबालें जब तक एक चौथाई ना हो जाए। इसके बाद पानी को छानकर सुबह खाली पेट इसका सेवन करें।
8. हर रोज आधा कच्चा नारियल खाने से बुढ़ापे में भी कभी आपको घुटनों के दर्द का परेशानी नही होगी।
9 . पाँच  अखरोट प्रतिदिन खाली पेट खाने से आपके घुटने में कभी कष्ट नही होगा।
10.  रोज रात को सोने से पहले एक ग्लास दूध ने हल्दी डाल कर पीने से आपको हड्डियों में दर्द की समस्या से मुक्ति मिलेगी।एक दाल के दाने के बराबर थोड़ा सा चूना (जो आप पान में लगा कर खाते है) को दही में या पानी में मिला कर पीने से आपको हड्डियों में कभी दर्द नही होगा। चूने के पानी को हमेशा सीधे बैठकर ही पिए इससे आपको जल्दी आराम होगा। यह औषधि सिर्फ 1 महीने पीने से ही शरीर की किसी भी हड्डी में दर्द हो तो वो जल्दी ठीक हो जाएगा।
11.  हड्डियों के दर्द से बचने के लिए आप अपने भोजन में 25% फल और सब्जियों को शामिल करेगे तो आपको कभी भी हड्डियों के दर्द का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा।
12 .  नारियल, सेब, संतरे, मौसमी, केले, नाशपति, तरबूज और खरबूजे आदि फलों का सेवन हर रोज जरुर करे।
13  गोभी, सोयाबीन, हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों के साथ खीरे, ककड़ी, गाजर, और मेथी को अवश्य शामिल करे।
14 . दूध और दूध से बनी चीजे भरपूर मात्रा में खाए और कच्चा पनीर भी भोजन में शामि।ल करे, ऐसा करने से आपके जोड़ों के दर्द में कमी आएगी।
15.  मोटा अनाज, मकई, बाजरा, चोकर वाले आटे की रोटियों का जरुर उपयोग करे। क्योंकि इनमे वो सभी तत्व होता है जो आपकी हड्डियों और जोड़ो के दर्द से मुक्ति दिलाता है।

Joint problem – treatment with oil massage

Different methods –

1. Garlic buds should be crushed and heated with mustard oil and mixed with camphor and massaged on the joints or painful parts, it gives relief very quickly. Garlic has antiinflammatory properties, which are immediately effective.
2. Crushed 6-7 fresh leaves of Parijat with ginger juice, mixed with honey and massaged, it provides relief in joint pain.
3. The leaves of mudar should be baked on the surface by applying mustard oil on the surfaces, and if it is lightly baked on the painful parts, then the pain of joints gets relief immediately.
4. If eucalyptus oil is used for body massage, then it gets rid of severe inflammation and joint pain.
5. Burning garlic in mustard oil and massaging the joints with that oil will give you quick rest.

9. Wrapping ice in cloth and rubbing it around the joints with light hands helps to relieve joint pain by correcting blood circulation.

10. After moulting the joints with sesame oil, sitting in the sun for a while gives relief from pain.

11. Burning the flowers of drumstick in sesame oil and massaging quickly relieves pain.
12. Burn the fenugreek seeds in mustard oil and massage them, you will get quick relief.
13. Grinding raw potato and applying it on the joints ends the problem in a few days.
14. Grind cucumber seeds and garlic kalia in castor oil, then boil it in oil so that both burns, then filter and massage the affected area.

Joints Problem End Solutions – Home Remedies

1. Two tablespoons of honey, mix one teaspoon cinnamon, morning and evening to recover from all the problems, the root cause of arthritis to take with hot water Goes
2. Mixing three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of Epsom salt in one cup of lukewarm water, drinking in the morning and evening removes the accumulated disorders in the joints rapidly.
3. Mix two spoons of red chili powder, two teaspoons of orange peel powder, two spoons of ginger powder, four teaspoons of turmeric powder, and take half a teaspoon in the morning and evening with lukewarm water.
4. Grind turmeric, lime, and sugar to make powder, then apply thick paste on the joints, very quickly the discomfort will be cured.
5. Boil one teaspoon of turmeric, one teaspoon of ginger powder in two cups of water, when one cup is left, cool it and drink one spoon of honey mixed with it twice a day.
6. By bathing with a regular soap and applying it to the painful place twice a day, washing it with lukewarm water immediately cures the pain.
7. Combine the pepper with coconut oil and massage it in place of joints.
8. Make a paste by mixing Salt Peter, Turmeric, Lemon powder and keep it on the joints for 30 minutes.
9. Make a powder of turmeric, fenugreek and ginger and take one spoon of it in the morning and evening with warm water, and mix amritadhara in it and apply it on the affected area.
10. If you are troubled by knee pain, did not get much treatment, the bones of the knees make a cut sound or there is a gap between the bones. The bones have been worn due to rubbing. Have you been asked to replace your knee? So you must try it once!

Ayurveda treatment of joints discomfort {Ayurveda Remedies for Joints Problem} _

1. Taking two teaspoons of fenugreek powder with hot water in the morning for two months cures joint problems and does not hurt even in old age.
2. By eating three to four walnuts in the morning, the knee pain is always cured.
3. Eating coconut kernel continuously for two to three months can cure any problem of joints.

4. Drinking 20 grams juice of Bathua leaves in the morning and evening for two months can cure arthritis.
5 Take the same quantity of Nagori ashwagandha and khand and make powder, and take four grams of hot milk in the morning and evening, the arthritis patient lying on the bed also gets up and starts walking.
6. One teaspoon of fenugreek seeds boiled in a glass of water, if left half, then add jaggery and turmeric to it, drinking it for one month cures unbearable and unbearable pain of the knees.
7. Taking 20 grams juice of green Avalo mixed in the same amount of honey for two months in the morning makes crooked knees also become straight and stiffness of joints is also completely cured.

20. Taking one spoon in the morning and evening for 2 months, making powder of drumstick flowers does not cause joint pain even in old age.

22. Drinking sorghum juice every day and soaking it in cotton cloth and keeping it on the joints for a few hours in the morning for a few months can completely cure the problem.

31. Boil one teaspoon of Bhojpatra, one spoon of confection, one piece of ginger, and drink half a cup in the morning on an empty stomach.
32. Make a decoction of Bakhnakh, Shellary, Bhogbeen, and drink it twice a day.
33. Mixing two drops of baboonah oil, lavender oil and clove oil and applying it on the pain area cures pain.
34. Make a paste of mustard oil, ginger powder, macoyse juice and sesame oil and apply it to the affected area, it can improve rapidly in some time.
35. Massage the joints by adding coconut oil in camphor.
36. Add vinegar to the ginger powder, make a paste and apply it.
37. Mix one spoon of celery in a cup of juice, and drink it once a day.
38. Taking equal quantity of powder of myrabalan, celery, ginger and taking one spoon of hot water in the morning and evening gives amazing benefits.

17. If the feet have swollen, then put a little Epsom salt in hot water and dip the feet in it.
18. If you suffer from back or back pain, then compress with a bag of warm water is beneficial.
19. Bathing with Epsom salt water can relieve arthritis pain. Recent research suggests that high concentrations of salt solution give relief to cells that are spread due to inflammation and any side effects. Does not happen either.
